Last Sunday, the 11th of November the Sport Promotion Journay was Celebrated in Segovia, organized by Segovia Town Hall and in whose programme, an Inclusive Badminton Journay has been also incuded, given by Jose Luis Hernandez, President of Chamartin Badminton Club and technical director of B4ALL Project, European Network Erasmus+Sport Programme, for promoting inclusive Badminton between 2018 and 2020.
This session has been carried out with the colaboration of José Luis Gómez whose main goal has been to make easier the basic abilities with the main badminton tools: raquets and shuttlecocks.
People in Representing ASPACE – Association, showed their interest about these kinds of sport practice, particulary the big chance that badminton offers in order to participate in a huge variety of extracurricular activities with the rest of the participants, without making any differences between disabled people and people without disability.
The badminton inclusive journay has been celebrated from 12:30 to 14:00 hours, counting on the participation of a big group of players and their respective relatives, as well as physioterapist and physical education volunteers who were enyojing of this game and the different possibilities that this modality can offer.
