The spectacular Italian Olympic Comitee installations, welcomed the 2nd Meeting B4ALL – European Network for Inclusive Badminton Promotion in Erasmus+ Sport Project of European Union. Under organization of Spanish Badminton Association (FESBA), as a coordinator entity, and Italian Badminton Assocaition (FIBA), as an agent host of this meeting, the first steps in development in the Didactic Guide were broken down. This programme must start working in 2019.
The meeting was presided by David Cabello, FESBA president. At the same time, he could count on the presence of Alberto Miglietta, a really good host who was expresident of Italian Badminton Associacion and nowedays he is taking part in CONI as the Chief Executive Officer.
The first session made emphasis about some updates in administration and treasure area so that, dissemination and comunication, carried out by David Serrano and Jaime Gomez (FESBA). On the second hand, every partner took part in the meeting, caching up about every action their institutions were already doing. So that, Badminton Europe, with Tania Teoh, French Badminton Association with Philippe Limouzin, Italian Badminton Association with Giovanni Exposito, Finnish Badminton Association with Kimmo Sirvio, also The Higher Sport Council presenced by Belen Lara, Spanish Paralimpic Cometee by Andrea Gutierrez, Politechnique University of Madrid,(UPM), with Carmen Ocete and University of Kent by Sakis Pappous. All of them presented in general terms, their respective Jobs until date.
Later on, Carmen Ocete, (UPM) and Jose Luis Hernandez, as B4ALL director, explained the Didactic Guide which will be the theoric base of Aplication Guide in order to extend the European Network of Inclusive Badmiton. Besides, some different workshops were organiced in order to develop in a common way, the different competences in the profiles that will be taken part in B4ALL structure. Such profiles will be, volunteers, coaches and umpires.
